One of the staff members, who might be an owner or manager, went way out of their way to accommodate my mom's super restrictive diet by preparing a special chicken and customized soup just for her, even picking out the fibrous veggies she can't eat. My mom, who's really picky about flavors, said the soup was fantastic, which meant a lot since she'd just finished a procedure and hadn't eaten in over 36 hours. The food overall was delicious, the line moved quickly, portions were perfect, and the variety of soups and sandwiches kept me coming back multiple days in a row.

One of the staff members really went out of their way to cater to my mom's strict diet, which I truly appreciated. The food was delicious, the service was quick, and the prices were very reasonable - definitely coming back here again.

Pathetic - for a place that has "salad" in its name, the limited ingredients are a sad joke. The soup was flavored flour and water with a bare sprinkle of wild rice. This place should be called Sad Brothers.
