I had an amazing experience with Slightly Skewed, a food truck that has quickly become a favorite. The ginger scallion chicken and bulgogi beef skewers were incredibly flavorful, and I loved the crispy edges of the musubi. The staff was helpful and accommodating, making it easy to customize our meal, and the fast service ensured we enjoyed everything while it was still hot and fresh!
