Tea Bay, formerly my favorite Quickly spot, reopened on February 1st with a refreshed look and new menu additions. The service is now faster and friendlier, and the quality of the food remains consistently good. I appreciate the improvements made by the new owners and I look forward to returning for more delicious drinks and snacks.
