Pho Ivy, formerly known as Pho Anh Duc, still delivers generous portions of delicious Vietnamese classics like chicken Banh Mi and spicy bun bo hue, all served with friendly vibes and great service. Whether dining in or grabbing to-go, the flavors hit the spot without the South Sac drive hassle, making it my go-to when craving authentic pho in Elk Grove.

RUDE! Initially the guy who greeted me seemed nice, seated us and gave us the menus and water within an appropriate time. He unfortunately forgot about us and it took quite a while to get his attention. Refills on water took just as long and it seemed as if he had a bad incident with someone minutes after seating us because he definitely took it out on us through his service.
This was probably just coincidence, but our meals weren't exactly as fresh as we'd assume it would have been. I had ordered their chicken pho and the noodles were still cold and stuck together as if they weren't cooked yet. My girlfriend's burger was cold towards the middle, and the lettuce were really wilted like they had microwaved an old burger someone else had sent back. We tried to show the burger to the waiter but he said it was cold from not eating it quick enough.
We are not coming back!
