I checked 4-Stars just to be noticed. Actually I choose 5-Stars and I'll explain. Giusti's would be great even if they had no food. But, the food is really as wonderful as the experience, which is actually pretty damned good. Just to make it an official food review, I had the veal-cutlet with some other stuff and loved it... when I was there a month ago. I'm going to Giusti's, today, in about an hour (when they open!) and I'll have whatever veal dish they have chalked in on the wall menu. Giusti's is a great bar filled with people who really want to be there. Look for me there with my great Friend Jim McIlwrath. We'll both look like we belong! (03 September 2021)
