Upper Crust Pizza on K Street in downtown Sacramento offers a delicious weekday lunch buffet with a variety of pizzas and a well-stocked salad bar for around $14. The pizza crust is yeasty and flavorful, and the pesto pasta salad was surprisingly delicious.
