I had a delightful experience at this charming diner. The staff provided exceptional service and the food was delicious, especially the pork tenderloin and country fried steak sandwiches. I look forward to returning in the future for another enjoyable meal.

Great food. Excellent prices.

Burger basket and pork tenderloin. No napkins, no ketchup, not asked "did we need anything" when we got our order. Had to flash our lights when we were ready to order since intercom didn't work I guess. Premarital burger looked reheated, fries weren't bad. Station next to us was "out of order". Been here before and hoped place had gotten better. Hadn't so won't come back. Too far from home for ok or les food and service.

Not a bad meal on the menu. Been eating there for years and no foul-ups on the food

The chili dog basket was good. However the home made Root Beer had a rubbery tast along side the intended taste.I was told by the sever that the rubbery taste was normal for their type of root beer. I would suggest switching from the home made root beer to a bottled type such as Stewarts, or IBC or even Bargs. Other than that, you need to ban the smoking inside as people are more and more expecting this to be normal business practice. Thank you for the correspondence .

The biscuits and gravy were HORRIBLE. They were the worst I have ever eaten. Maybe their lunch and dinner menu is better but if it is anything like breakfast, SKIP IT. They must pay people to do good reviews. We travel over an hour to try this restaurant because Channel 4 News (St. Louis) featured it on their Friday segment.
Never again. I would not recommend it to anybody. The locals must like greasy food. When you walk in, you must order at the counter, pay and find a place to sit. They bring the food to your table. We figured it must be this way so after you pay, you can't complain once you get your food. Left there and went to Qtrip and bought a donut and coffee.
