Hannah's thoughtful response to my previous review showed me how much this restaurant truly values its customers, which made me want to add an extra star. The service was attentive and prompt, and while my Dubliner burger was a bit too wet, the flavors were still enjoyable. The quirky vibe, generous portions, and creative menu make me eager to return and try more dishes soon.

grilled cheese was 2 Kraft singles and they weren't even melted. yet the bread was almost burned! only ate half.... not good at all!

Very, very disappointing!! Placed order for pick up from the website as we were staying at the hotel and had heard Tattooed Dog had good food. The prices were incorrect, not by much but was not expecting the increase or the automatic gratuity. I usually tip real good when my servers deserve the tip. My receipt was not itemized due to paying with credit card this is what prompted my call to restaurant. The food was over cooked and dry maybe due to placing so close to closing. When called to speak with manager I didn't feel as a valued customer. Manager seem uninterested in my concern.
