The ice cream at this place was delicious and the staff were friendly, making the experience enjoyable. Even though they are currently closed, I hope they reopen in the summer for more tasty treats. The science behind freezing the ice cream with nitrogen was fascinating to watch, especially for my daughter who loves learning about it.
