We had a birthday dinner for my sister in law at this restaurant there were 11 of us in the party. We got there at 6:30pm on a Saturday night the place was empty that should of been our first sign. We all ordered or dinner and I understand that since there was 11 of us that it would take a while to get our food out. But after an hour and a half we started wondering. When the food came or I should say when some of the food came it was cool and inedible 4 of the people in the party ordered New York steak that was so tuff that no one could eat them, 2 had French dips the meat was burnt and so was the onions on it, chicken strips over cooked, tater tots over cooked, one person in our van party didn’t get there ordered until everyone else was done eating there and all she ordered was a salad and appetizer she sent it back and we told them to remove it from the bill. They did take the steaks off our bill because they could see none of them got eaten one bite was all that each person took. To say this place was bad is an understatement. Please don’t waste your time or money.

This place has horrible service and the food is not so great either. We sat there for about 50 min before our order came and when two of us got there order I did not. They then ask me what I ordered. Wait what?

We treated my sister and brother in law for dinner while passing through Salem. The hostess and waitress assured us that if we didn't find what we wanted on the menu, the cook would make it for us if he had the ingredients available.
First up, my sister ordered two different entrees off the paper menu (paper was inserted into a plastic slipcover) that the restaurant doesn't serve any more. Seriously?
I ordered linguini alfredo with no meat. It came smothered in chicken chunks. I sent it back with express instructions for the cook not to pick out the chicken but to make a fresh plate with no meat products. The second plate came out with chicken grease pooled on top and an overwhelming chicken flavor in. On the fourth bite in, I bit into my first chunk of chicken. Again. Three different chunks of chicken later, I placed the plate to the side. My brother-in-law and my husband returned their steaks because they were cooked wrong and had the wrong vegetable orders. I added my second plate to the batch being returned and said that it still had meat in it.
The waitress said, "No, there's no meat in there. The cook expressly said he made up a new batch with no chicken. You must have bitten into something else." Really? What kind of chewy meat chunks come in linguini alfredo with no meat! When I lost my temper and told her that I know meat when I taste it, she threw up her and hands and said, "Don't shoot me, I'm just the messenger." Really?
She waltzed back later and placed a third plate in front me. There were no meat products. The linquini was overdone and mushy. The sauce was tasteless.
Even though the menu advertised a $5 decorking fee on our wine, they charged us $20.
Our experience was the very worst dining experience on all levels that we have ever encountered.
