It was my first visit. Food was 20 minutes late than promised time. So my tempura was soggy. Paid $12 for shrimp soba that had only 2 pieces of shrimp. Portion was so small my child finished it in 3 bites. Sushi was scary looking. Threw most away. Guy at the front was awkward. He just starred at you and spoke about you to his staff in a non-English language. Totally waste of money. Will not return or recommend.

My sushi had hair in it. The manager came over and did not even apologize. He said that everyone at the sushi bar has short hair and therefore it is not theirs.

So sad. First time customer during Covid Pandemic. We ordered take out and was looking forward to eating. Horrible. They forgot white rice. No salad. Charged $10 for a Spider Roll that was literally all burnt crust, no crab and about 5pc to the roll. We both ordered Filet Mignon and shrimp hibachi. The Filet tasted like regular steak not at all like what we usually get at Tomo. We were hoping we had found a new place to order from and go to once things opened back up. However, it was such a disappointment.
