Carnival Buffet has undergone a beautiful remodel with an updated interior and a spacious layout that enhances the dining experience. The food remains excellent, featuring favorites like the Mongolian grill and a seafood combo, while the attentive staff, including Wendy, ensures great service despite minor issues such as a distracting light near the cashier.
