After a disappointing experience elsewhere, I was truly impressed by the quick and friendly service during a large order pickup, with the food arriving perfectly and fresh. The staff, especially Rosalinda and Jeremy, provided attentive and kind service without being intrusive, making the entire visit enjoyable despite some accessibility challenges. The food, particularly the chicken fried steak and seafood, exceeded my expectations, and I'm looking forward to returning and trying more menu items.
