My go-to for masa when making tamales has always been here, where the service is consistently excellent. The barbacoa is incredibly moist and flavorful, paired perfectly with their homemade corn tortillas that remind me of the best from the Valley. Every Sunday morning, I can't resist stopping by for a delicious feast of tamales, carnitas, and a crispy stick of fried chicharrón-it's a guilty pleasure that never disappoints!
