Surprised by the mixed reviews of this food truck, I decided to try the Al Pastor burrito and was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. I will definitely return for another visit. The staff was friendly, and the food was on par with the Mexican food trucks I've enjoyed in California. The Al Pastor quesadilla was satisfying, with a colorful tortilla adding a nice touch. I look forward to coming back when I'm in San Antonio again. Despite the truck's previous ratings, I decided to give it a chance when it was parked near my workplace. The steak burrito I ordered was quite tasty, with a unique twist of not containing beans like other burritos. The meat was flavorful and tender, and the grilled tortilla added a nice touch. Even though the chile salsa lacked spice, its fresh and flavorful taste was a pleasant surprise.
