Located at Burleson Yard, Bombay Salsa offers a unique fusion of Indian and Mexican cuisines through dishes like chicken tikka tacos. The food quality is decent and the concept is intriguing, blending traditional Indian flavors with familiar Mexican dishes. The owners are welcoming and the menu offers a variety of options for both vegetarians and meat lovers.

Honestly I was skeptical about this combination. It just sounded odd. I expressed as much so they gave me a small sample. It was incredible. I placed my order and continue to order from them when I see them at different events or locations around the city.
