The food truck serving delicious food with impeccable service exceeded my expectations. Having sampled the lobster mac and cheese, a burger, and a chicken pesto sandwich, I can attest to the freshness and flavors of each dish. The Green Chile Pulled Pork Tacos were a particular highlight, perfectly cooked with fresh toppings and priced reasonably at $7.50 for two. If you come across the Scratch Bistro truck in San Antonio, don't miss the opportunity to savor their delectable offerings.
