DO NOT EAT HERE! GROSS AND OVER PRICED!

I would like to say that this place is not run the same & does not have the same level of Service they once had before! First off the pictures on the website are old. They only allow customers 1 side of the restaurant to eat. 2 the building is dirty and i had to clean my table and booth for myself and my party( 2 more people ). 3 they have white boards up and specials on the front door before you get in. But proceed to over price all dishes once at the check out. Now for why i am leaving a review. I had ordered 3 tacos. 2 Chorizo and egg and 1 potatoe,bacon, & egg. The problem came when i went to pay for my tacos. I proceeded to tell the larger/bigger lady in a red shirt (mary / Marisal ) i do not know her name because she was not wearing a name tag. i told her that i informed the waitress that i did not receive potatoes in my taco. I said it was fine. & she apologized and asked if i wanted them in my taco. i said no, it was fine. Now back to the LARGER/heavier lady working the cashier stand. I informed her when i went to counter the same situation. & after she said that she would not charge me. I ask for a itemized receipt, just to make sure. & not only did she still charge me for it, she begin to be loud and disrespectful to me about it in front of other customers. I then proceeded to ask for her name and ask for the potatoes that she still charged me for. Which she continued to be rude. My waitress DENISE looked also confused because it was clear that the mistake had been made. @ 10am i end up calling the location to speak to a manager or someone of authority which came with more loud disrespect and being hung up on twice. All i wanted is to be treated with respect. Not only was the food BAD. The bean & cheese tacos that they served were terrible. I attempted to reach out & see about being refunded the money for the potatoes' i did not receive. NOT ONLY IS THIS PLACE DIRTY, IT HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. & EXTREAMLY OVER PRICED FOR MICROWAVE FOOD! Save your money and time and go to the Jalisco off wurzbach and I-10. Great food and great family vibes. FOR ME AS A CUSTOMER, TO GO THROUGH THAT LEVEL OF DISRESPECT IS SOMETHING I WISH ON NOONE. I Hope this review helps you make a CLEAR AND EASY DECISION TO NOT EAT HERE!! I also have the 2 phone call conversations recorded of her being rude and disrespectful on speaker phone, with pictures of receipts and food if needed.
