The Mad Beet serves the most creative and thorough smoothies, aí§aí bowls, sandwiches, and salads I've found in San Diego, with options that seem endless and flavors that never disappoint. The vibe is great, the staff are super friendly, and even though prices have gone up, the quality and unique combinations keep me coming back whenever I'm in town.
