This weekend, my friends and I enjoyed some incredible BBQ at Council Brewing. We tried the tri-tip nachos, brat, and tri-tip plate, all bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked, especially the tender tri-tip. Meeting Mark, the owner, was a highlight; his passion for BBQ and recent venture into catering shines through in the delicious food he serves.
