Mustangs & Burros has a cozy hacienda vibe with both indoor and outdoor seating, a fireplace, and live guitar music that really sets a chill mood. The clarified melon margarita was silky smooth and delicious, the chips and guac were definitely worth every penny, and while my burger melted in my mouth, the hanger steak was a bit tough; overall, it's a solid choice if you're staying at the hotel or nearby.

I've had Mustangs & Burros bookmarked for years, and finally had the chance to experience it firsthand. The ambience was inviting with a blend of indoor and outdoor seating, creating cozy spaces for guests to enjoy. The decor exuded a charming hacienda feel, complete with a flickering fire outside and live guitar music enhancing the atmosphere. The clarified melon margarita I sipped was a delightful surprise, offering a silky smooth finish with a burst of sweet melon flavor.
