The chili colorado I had was bursting with flavor, while my wife's enormous chicken tortilla soup was so satisfying she took half home. The atmosphere, with its festive decor and both indoor and outdoor seating, made for a welcoming and relaxed dining experience just steps from the heart of Carlsbad. Friendly and attentive service kept the energy upbeat, even on a busy day, making it a memorable stop for authentic Mexican cuisine and refreshing drinks.
