I ended up at the food court in Lion Plaza and had an amazing experience trying various dishes at Quan Hue, where the owner Annie warmly guided me through the menu and even shared samples while we waited. The banh xeo was light and flavorful, and everything from the bun bo hue to the banh khot exceeded my expectations, making me eager to return soon.
