Que Huong serves up authentic Vietnamese home-cooked flavors that remind me of family dinners, with a wide variety of dishes like caramelized fish, braised pork belly, and flavorful soups that are fresh and satisfying. The setup is simple and no-frills, but the food's quality and taste more than make up for it, even if the service can be a bit tricky for non-Vietnamese speakers and prices run a little high for fast food.

Today, I visited Que Huong for takeout and was pleasantly surprised by the diverse selection of dishes available. The spareribs with gourd stir fry, calamari, and well-seasoned fish I ordered for $15.00 were a delicious blend of flavors that left me eager to return and explore more of their menu. The authentic Vietnamese home-style cooking at Que Huong is a rare find that offers a comforting and flavorful dining experience that I look forward to enjoying again.
