This Japanese fusion spot nails the balance between traditional flavors and clever Western twists, especially if you go for the omakase. The dishes like Wagyu steak with garlic fried rice and the chilled uni flan really stand out, plus the service is attentive without feeling rushed. The vibe is chill and perfect for anything from date night to hanging out with friends, and I'm definitely planning to come back and try more from their menu.
