My boyfriend and I tried the salmon belly musubi and spam and egg rice box, and while the musubi fell apart quickly, the moist salmon kept us wanting more despite being full. The market offers a wonderful variety of Hawaiian snacks, fresh poke, and friendly service that truly brings a taste of the islands to the mainland.
