Our first visit to this wonderful restaurant took place today, Monday 8/3/20. We almost didn't stop. What a mistake that would have been. The food, all of it, is exceptional! Kung Pao Chicken that is the real deal. Spicy but not overwhelming. Sweet/sour Shrimp that's perfectly seasoned. The sauce does not cover the taste of the shrimp. It accompanies the shrimp. The combination chow mien plate is stunning. For our appetizer we chose Dumplings soup. This is beyond our wildest expectations. All the food complimented each other. Nothing was over powering. It all blended in a masterful mix that left our palates sated in ways we could only dream of before finding the Grand Hotpot Restaurant. All was accompanying each dish in a symphony masterpiece! Excellent! Have never tasted such food anywhere as great as this food. Five stars + without a doubt. I wish I could give them a ten. I am from Hawaii. The food here is better than anything I have had there! Kim R.
