Walking into Celia's for the first time, I was immediately charmed by the colorful decor and the friendly, attentive service that made dining solo feel like a party of one. The warm chips and salsa kicked off the meal perfectly, and the big dinner plate-with shredded beef taco, enchilada, and chile relleno-arrived fresh and delicious so fast I barely had time to think about dessert (though I was stuffed enough anyway).
