I have been to many Mexican restaurants but Delgados Chile Verde it’s on the top without a doubt. I highly recommend it.

We’ve been going to Delgado’s for many years and have always loved it. And, we love the staff. However, lately the service has gotten really slow (20 minutes for chips & salsa), food has changed and is lacking.

This is my goto place. Itis always good, and the wait staff is very friendly. They have the best margaritas on the planet. Everything I have ordered has been very good. We are regular Thursday customers. Always look forward to Delgado's.

Been a local for 40 some years the food is still the Same !! good not great but the service has been going down hill !! last dinner was a total shame had a relative come from out of town I was quite embarrased that the women waiting on us were totally useless never came back to see if we needed more water ,chips etc etc.the owner used to be there to watch over the help he needs to come back in and watch what is going on .miss having Sarah there , a Good waitress!!!!! plan on taking your time and waiting to be served !!!!!!!! Really need to start training good waitresses im not going back for awhile neither are my many friends in Carp There are alot of other mexican places in town dont bother to go here anymore untill they get some proper help in the future

Everytime I go to Delgado's I always leave feeling happy and satisfied. The wait staff is kind, fast and friendly. The food is generous, fresh and authentic.
