I always find exactly what I need for healthy eating here, from local organic groceries to unique brands I can't find elsewhere, and their smoothie and acai bowls never disappoint with fresh, generous ingredients. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, making each visit enjoyable, though I think the baked goods could use less sweetness to better match the wholesome vibe of the store.

I absolutely adore this place in Carp. It's a charming little shop filled with all my favorite health foods. The carrot cake smoothie is my go-to, but honestly, everything on the menu is fantastic. If you're in the SB area and looking for top-quality groceries, especially local and organic options, this is the spot for you!
