we love the palms and have for the past 25 years, we are thinking they will re-open soon from the Covid~19 shut down.

Been going to the Palms since I was a kid growing up in Carp. Now I go back every chance I get, still great food and fun environment. Prices are the best. Wish they opened for lunch too. Only downside, the bathrooms are always crowded and need to be updated. No changing table for babies even though the bathroom is large, and the stall doors don't have locks.

The best restaurant my wife and I experienced in four days in the Santa Barbara area. Cook and serve yourself steaks, salad, baked potatoes, and garlic bread. We were immediately seated during peak dinner hours by a friendly older lady. We ordered and were brought a perfectly trimmed 16oz Porterhouse steak and given directions to the do-it-yourself grill. My wife ordered the battered halibut and chips. After an amazing meal, we were presented with a check of less than $35 I recommend this place to anyone anywhere near the area.

What a great restaurant! Great service. Great food at a very affordable price. Whether you order off the menu to cook it yourself or order items that are pre-cooked, you will be pleased with The Palms.
