The ambiance at this establishment is clean and pleasant, making it a suitable spot for a meal. The service provided was excellent, adding to the overall dining experience. I particularly enjoyed the fresh and filling chicken tostada, complemented by a variety of delicious salsas on the side.

I couldn't believe my ears yesterday when a customer that was ordering 20 tacos was told he can only order 10. Seriously?! The tacos were ready in 5 minutes. Not to mention that the staff was supporting each other and celebrating their decision.

What kind of restaurant pushes business away. Only Rudy's! Terrible customer service.

As a Carpinteria, I will never give my business to Rudy's again.

It's disgusting how they treat their customers.

My fiesta burrito was full of meat and guac, but the enchiladas had almost no sauce.. and the customer service was lousy. good food overall, they do not skimp on the meat.

I am a vegetarian. It alarms me when a restaurant serves me a chicken tamale in place of the rajas tamale I had ordered--what if it was someone with an allergy whose order was messed up like that? Count me out. Who knows what's in their food.

I usually order chicken enchilada and go for salsas to add on. This time the green salsa was very salty and tasteless. I ordered black bean... not well cooked. Over all lousy. I probably will avoid it infuture. I heard similar complaint from mexican collegue about the Goleta branch. Looks like Taco Bell is better deal .. LOL

The food here is nicely prepared, tasty, and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is a bit more like for fast food than a dining out experience--no waitservice and nothing fancy, but it's fine for a small beach town when you're feeling hungry and not trying to create a memorable experience. Rudy's is very good for what it is!
