The best sandwiches and salads of any place I've been. Been going there for years and so have my friends. It is 5 Star. You can'[t beat the top grade meals. Hope this summer is the best season for him. He really cares for his customers

My wife has been going there 4 years since she works in the area. It was my first time and I have to say it was probably the best sandwich that I've had in Santa Barbara. The sandwich was so filling I could only eat half the quality of the ingredients was great the Italian bread was spot-on. Going to have to say the owner was one of the friendliest people I've met. Will definitely go back. If you go there you better bring a big appetite 5 * for sure

They never disappoint. As a previous poster said, IMHO the best deli in Santa Barbara and always quality ingredients and the ripest tomatoes I've seen on a lunch sandwich. Fast efficient service even thought it is very popular. Pro-tip, wait until a little after the lunch rush (put off those hunger pangs until close to 2pm) and the wait is practically non-existent. Fast and efficient on the phone for take out orders. Love these guys.

Ordered Beef dip with Cheese and Au Jus sauce. Bread wasn't toasted. Meat is warm and thinly cut. Cheese Melted to perfection. A little bit over priced. Food was delivered Quickly and Professionally. If it wasn't for The bread not being toasted i would of given 5 stars. Also. The Area was clean and Ordered. Staff was excellent.

My husband and I enjoyed lunch there today, and we're very impressed with the overall quality and freshness of our sandwiches. My husband had the philly sub, loaded with beef, gooey cheese and caramelized onion, and I had a "godfather" a French dip with pastrami and cheese! Very filling and yummy. While we waited for our lunch I watched a young female employee "work"- absolutely worthless in my book. Walked by the trash on the ground and made a feeble attempt at sweeping leaves- swept them under the potted plants! But, I would definitely eat there again!
