Woodies Cafe on the Santa Cruz wharf has some of the best clam chowder I've found anywhere, served hot and creamy in a golden sourdough bread bowl, plus their burgers and shrimp tacos are always tasty and crispy. The friendly staff, quick service, and awesome ocean views make it a chill spot to grab a bite without the crazy long waits you'll find elsewhere on the pier.
