I visited a unique downtown Santa Fe bar where you can order from both The Pink Adobe and The Dragon Room menus, and I particularly enjoyed the Elephant Paper cocktail alongside the smash burger with sweet potato fries dipped in spicy salsa. The atmosphere was cozy and eclectic, featuring fun decor like a tree growing through the building, friendly staff, and live music that created a relaxed vibe perfect for conversation. While parking can be difficult, the attentive service and quality food made the experience memorable, and the happy hour offers great deals like $5 margaritas and delicious bar food specials.

The restaurant we chose for our special occasion exceeded our expectations with its unique menu offerings from The Pink Adobe and The Dragon Room. The cozy atmosphere, attentive service, and delicious cocktails and food made for a memorable experience that I would eagerly repeat. The eclectic decor, live music, and friendly patrons created a welcoming vibe that perfectly complemented the charming character of this quintessential Santa Fe bar.
