After being away from Santa Fe for almost a decade, I made sure to stop at La Plazuela in La Fonda Hotel and ended up having lunch there twice in one weekend because the food was that good. The pork pozole, which you have to ask for since it's not on the menu, was amazing, and the table-side guacamole was a fun and tasty experience. The atmosphere is beautiful, the service is friendly and attentive, and the mix of traditional and creative dishes made it one of the best meals I've had in Santa Fe.
