Sorry, I know it's a Airport restaurant, but needs help. As long as the owner has been in town I figured they would know how to cook and they would real new mexican ingrediants, fresj is always better, the Green hile reminded me of Buenos chiles in the container, my eggs were over cooked, I ordered over medium and they were cooked to no yoke, super dry. It's been a longtime since we had gone there, more than likely won't be going back.
