On January 7, 2014 my husband, daughter, and I went to eat at KFC on Cerrillos rd in Santa Fe at approximately 3:00 pm. We ordered a 2 piece boneless meal, a KFC bowl, and a a 2 piece original meal(white meat). When our order was called out my husband went up to the counter to get it. At this time the counter person (manager) told him that they did not have any original recipe chicken and wanted to know if he wanted extra crispy. My husband said no he didn't like extra crispy so at this point she stated that she would have some original recipe chicken ready in approximately 8 minutes if he wanted to wait. My husband agreed to wait. Approximately 20 minutes later they brought his meal out and at this time he was informed that they were out of biscuits and was asked if he wanted another side instead.
I believe that this is poor management KFC should always have chicken and biscuits and they should not try substituting for other items because if people wanted those items they would have ordered them.
