The green chile cheeseburgers here are absolutely delicious, featuring juicy meat, melty cheese, and just the right amount of spice that keeps me coming back every time I'm in New Mexico. The staff are friendly, the service is attentive, and everything is cooked fresh to order, making each bite satisfying and flavorful. While the ambiance is simple and the wait can be a bit long, the quality and taste of the food, especially the seasoned fries and breakfast burritos, more than make up for it.

The food is consistently delicious, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is clean. The green chile cheeseburgers are incredibly tasty and well-priced. My husband enjoyed the Lota Burger, and I absolutely loved the Frito Pie.
