Ordered at 4:36 for pick up at 5:50.
Arrived to P/U around 5:45, there was some confusion. Five minutes later I was told they were just cutting it up. 10-15 minutes later it was ready to go.
10 minute drive home resulted in one pizza warm while the other was room temperature.
Doesn't take Sherlock to figure out they had made the damn things when the order came in and they sat there till I got there, then realized their mistake and warmed them up! That explains the burnt bottom on one and the hardened cheese on both, you know, like the last piece of pizza you find in the box the next morning! Speaking of "last", that's the time I'll ever order TJ's!
Note to young fellow speaking with me; Don't BS an old BS'er, it just tells me you can't be trusted.

really was a fan of tjs up until a year ago and noticed some major differences in customer service. wrong orders.overchared at every opportunity. would place an order and be given a totally different price when I arrive. order extra dipping sauces (pay for them) and not recieved them. complain and promised that I could have them on my next order. they charge me the second time after I told them. order a larger size pizza be given a smaller one. attitude about coupons that THEY put out. stay away and spend your money where they appreciate it.(swan pizza) after looking at reviews of the place elsewhere i guess I'm not alone.
