I called to place a to go order at the Pooler, Georgia location. I spelled my name twice, still they got my name wrong when I picked up the order. Got to my hotel only to find that even tho the ticket had the correct info, all the food in the bag was wrong so I had to wait even longer to get my food. I left a great tip, $7 on a $13 check. Now wishing I hadn't because this was horrible.
