Tucked behind a boat yard with a bit of marina aroma, this seafood haven serves up some of the freshest, most flavorful dishes I've had in ages-shrimp and grits? Absolutely killer. The premade margaritas are dangerously good, the gumbo rich and comforting, and the vibe so laid-back that even the sloped booth feels like part of the charm. Watching shrimp boats unload while savoring a perfectly charred crab cake sandwich or buttery hush puppies with honey butter is my new idea of bliss.

A hole in the wall restaurant, but the food is excellent. I've eaten at about every restaurant on Tybee and have tried the fried shrimp at every one and Bubbas has the best fried shrimp. Hushpuppies with honey butter was really good.
