Joseph and Jay went above and beyond with their exceptional customer service, even offering a drink carrier, which was a pleasant surprise. Their attentiveness and the quick, correct order made this visit a standout experience. The service was on point, the food was delicious, and the clean facilities were a nice touch.

Good food! Order here frequently and have been mostly satisfied. Two problems encountered. Once the size of a large Cajun fry was sooo small. I complained but they just said this is how it comes. Other fry orders that weren't Cajun have been acceptable. No offer was made to add a few more fries to my order. Tonight I ordered a large fry and a char grilled chicken sandwich. The total given over the speaker was $6.83. When I got to the window someone different said it was $7.53. I questioned the difference and was told again that it was $7.53. I paid but when I got home on my ticket a water was listed. I didn't order a water and was not given a water with my order but was charged for one. I plan on bringing this to the manager's attention tomorrow. I would have gone back up there but it is 12:13 am in the evening. Thanks! I frequent here frequently and like the food but wanted to mention this to help improve the service.

Although service was quick, my coke was so watered down and flat I had to ask for it to be replaced. The girl took my drink and told me that she knows it's flat and asked if I wanted another one. I told her no and that I would take something else. She proceeds to have someone else go out of my view and fill my cup up and bring it back to me. The drink was even more watered down and flat than before. It unacceptable to be serving something to customers knowing that it's not the quality they're expecting to pay for.
