Back in the day, when pizza was truly a culinary delight, I reveled in the offerings of iconic pizza joints like Shakeys, Pietros, and even Pizza Hut. The nostalgia of the 80s and 90s pizza scene still lingers, with memories of delectable grease, cheese, and cholesterol-laden slices that I have yet to find replicated elsewhere.
