During my stay around the holidays, I enjoyed the beautiful atmosphere, brunch with mostly tasty dishes like crispy bacon and lamb with farro, appreciated the professional and welcoming staff-especially Jay, whose exceptional service and humor helped me recover from a hangover-and despite some minor issues like waiting for tables to be cleaned, overly sweet desserts, and a few meal preferences not quite to my liking, the overall experience at the restaurant inside the Fairmont was wonderful enough that I look forward to returning next year.
