Arriving just before opening allowed us to be seated immediately, and the efficient service kept the flow steady despite the restaurant filling up quickly. The hand rolls are expertly crafted one at a time, ensuring the nori stays crisp and the seafood tastes incredibly fresh, with standout options like the uni with caviar, shrimp tempura, and spicy scallop. The intimate bar seating offers a cozy ambiance perfect for a date night, complemented by attentive staff and thoughtful touches like real wasabi and a well-curated drink selection.
