There's a wonderful taqueria in my neighborhood run by a mother and daughter, where the mother cooks up some of the best Mexican food I've ever tasted. On dreary days or after a long night, I find comfort in their pozole verde, which is hearty and flavorful, and pairs perfectly with their house-made tortilla chips.
