Stopped by on a lazy afternoon to chill with a friend, and the friendly, patient crew made the menu browsing a breeze-even though I skipped the pastries this time, they looked irresistible. As for the coffee, their single-origin "Cima del Jaguar" from Bolivia brewed in my Chemex was a wild ride of bright lime and apple notes that puckered my mouth like a wine with high tannins, making it a fascinating cup that's definitely worth another round.
