Went for lunch as a gift. Seated at table that did not have marks on table just old food! Menu was covered in dirty plastic with-bindings that were so frayed with loose threads that I was afraid to use it and asked for another suggesting they throw this one away! Server agreed. Beans seemed to be canned sauce way too much vinegar. Bottom line we left almost half the gift card as tip knowing we would never come back. Really a disappointment!

WE love this restaruant. Have gone for several years. This time though was different. The french fried potatoes, always the best in the world, have changed. They are like lukewarm shoesstring potatoes and not edible. Really awful. Why the manager would change something so good I will never understand. Always got them with my burger o a good steak and had steak half the time.
This time had the chopped brisket sandwich with added slaw. Always love it. This time not. Bun seemed almost burnt, slaw blah and very unhappy with it.
Ordered a martini, Tanquery, was going to have a steak. Have to have a martini with my steak lately. They had Seagrams said the girl I had never seen before. Yuk. So I got a Crown and Coke. Weak. Carbonation off. Will never get that again. Oh, and on the martini---they do not have dry vermouth. Oh me. And they call that a bar. Hmph.
On top of that the girl brought my husband a second diet coke for $2.50 without him asking. I thought it was a refill. Wrong. And she never checked on us one time during our entire meal.
To top it off, she brought my ticket. I saw the extra coke, she got another ticket but had run the firsty one through without my signature. So almost #100 . fir dinner for 2. Come on now.
Would say the girl had no training or was too dumb to understand how to do the job.
To say the least were very unhappy with the whole thing. Do not know if it is the manager or a new manager or what is wrong but they need to do some changing back to what they have been in the past or we are done. We will go again, but will never get another drink there. Not even coke. And if they continue on this downhill side I would say there will be a vacant building soon and a lot of unemployed people.
