The food at Mandarin Express in Pierre Bossier Mall is satisfying and generous, making it my favorite dining option in the mall. I particularly enjoy their General Tso's Chicken, and for just 99 cents more, I can add either two spring rolls or three crab rangoons to my combo meal. While it may not be the finest Chinese cuisine I've ever experienced, it certainly fills me up and allows me to comfortably stroll around the mall afterward.
